- Add Extra Time Before Downgrade: You can now set a “grace period” that gives customers extra time before their level changes.
- Keep Level Benefits Longer: During this grace period, customers will continue to enjoy their current level and its rewards.
- Chance to Recover Points: Customers can use this time to earn more points and reach the required level again, avoiding a downgrade completely.
- Automatic Update: If the customer doesn’t regain enough points by the end of the grace period, their level will automatically update based on their current points.
